Norris Kibe joined Securities Africa Kenya Limited in October 2023 as Chairman and Director, bringing over 15 years of financial markets experience. He began his career at Dyer and Blair, advancing to Senior Fixed Trader within six years, and later served as Associate Director of Trading at Faida Investment Bank.

In 2021, he transitioned to Genghis Capital as Associate Director of Fixed Income, where he led the firm to top performance in the fixed income segment in 2022, outperforming 31 brokerage firms. Since joining Securities Africa, his strategic leadership has revitalized the fixed income division, helping secure the firm’s top position in the market by August 2024. Mr. Kibe holds degrees in Accounting from Oxford Brookes, Economics from the University of Nairobi, and an MBA in Finance from USIU, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Finance.”
