Dr. Norris Kibe joined Capital A Investment Bank (Formerly Securities Africa Kenya Limited) in October 2023 as Chairman and Director, bringing over 15 years of financial markets experience.

He began his career at Dyer and Blair, advancing to Senior Fixed Trader within six years, and later served as Associate Director of Trading at Faida Investment Bank.

In 2021, he transitioned to Genghis Capital as Associate Director of Fixed Income, where he led the firm to top performance in the fixed income segment in 2022, outperforming 31 brokerage firms. Since joining Capital A Investment Bank, his strategic leadership has revitalized the fixed income division, helping secure the firm’s top position in the market by August 2024.

Dr. Norris Kibe holds degrees in Accounting from Oxford Brookes, Economics from the University of Nairobi, an MBA in Finance from USIU, and a PhD in Finance.
