We are seeking a Senior Associate to play a hands-on role in executing investment banking mandates across corporate finance, capital raising, transaction advisory, and structured solutions. The role sits at the core of deal execution and client delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis for live mandates
- Support execution of capital raises, M&A, restructurings, and advisory engagements
- Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, IC papers, and client presentations
- Coordinate transaction workstreams with legal, tax, regulators, and counterparties
- Support senior executives in client engagement, negotiations, and deal structuring
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability building
- Ensure compliance with CMA regulations, internal policies, and best practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) strongly preferred
- 4–8 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Proven exposure to deal execution
- Strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
